I bought this 24 ports managed switch for rm100.It’s cheap and working but I can’t figure out how to connect to it’s console.

I plug the serial line in,tried it with usb to serial, tried it with DB9M/RJ45,tried it on the laptop that our department used on other managed switch and router. It still won’t work. The internet isn’t that helpful at all. There’s no manual, guide or even product info.I’ll probably email those people at compex for support,at least tell me how to connect to their console.

Edit: Thanks Tomaz for the the Manual
Update: Burned, thanks to a suicide lizard who short my switch power supply.
