Yeah,I knew TV Remote Control exist.What I’m proposing is to use the built-in wifi to fetch all the channel programs into the PDA TV Remote using XMLTV.
Imagine,your pda tv remote could fetch your cable channel number,show name and show description.With a click,it switch channel without the need to enter the channel number or browser through the tv.
Traffic Announcement through XML/RSS feed.
Annoucement are feed through internet.It remove reliance on RDS (Radio Data System) giving everyone the ability to create their own XML feed for their area.It could also be used to announce public transport information such as time of arrival and delay for trains and buses.
What we need is more navigation system/apps that support
